The cornerstone of this work is our systems approach. What does this mean?
Businesses and other human endeavors are bound by invisible fabrics of interrelated actions, which often take years to fully play out their effects on each other. Since we are part of that lacework ourselves, it’s doubly hard to see the whole pattern of change. Instead, we tend to focus on snapshots of isolated parts of the system, and wonder why our deepest problems never seem to get solved.
Our belief is that given the space to connect in meaningful ways, a need to transition towards a desired outcome or preferred future, and proven tools tailored to the challenge, groups will advance their work.
Leveraging the strengths of all community stakeholders – youth, adults and elders – is central to our work. Our collective skills in coaching groups, coordinating learning gatherings, designing leadership summits, facilitating workshops and serving as “behind the scenes masters of logistics” allow us to build collaborative partnerships with our clients that lead to a preferred future of excellence.
